Ridiculously early start - 5am meet at school. Nice and easy drive down to Heathrow with everyone in good spirits and no Delhi belly yet. We arrived at the airport plenty of time and checked in with no problems. We then split into smaller groups to gander around the airport. Soon enough it was time to board the plane and we were all ready for the grueling eight-hour flight ahead. The flight passed slowly with the squad enjoying the entertainment with several people sleeping. At 1:30 am we managed to get through security and entered into a wet Delhi. After an eye-opening bus journey, we arrived at the Suryaa Hotel at 2:30 am in the morning and headed to our rooms which were finally ready at 3:30 am. What a start!
